SLM4825A – Nissan car failed to stop (at a filter lane) and give way to other road users and almost caused an accident along Lor 6 Toa Payoh on 6 Aug 2026 at around 12noon.
Under the Road Traffic Act (RTA), for failing to come to a complete stop before a mandatory stop line or junction, the offence carries a fine of S$150 and 4 demerit points; and for obstructing the flow of traffic, the offence carries a fine of S$150 and 4 demerit points in Singapore.
